journeyof4moms: I at least lost 2 lbs.!!!
Hi girls, I am writing this whole thing over again.. Hopefully this time it will post. I have been working out at least 3 times a week. Wanda won't let me slack off, so she has really been keeping on track. She is planning on going on a Cruise to Baja with Craig in June, so she has alot of incentive. She is trying really hard. She hasn't weighed herself, but at the first of each month, Curves will weigh and measure us. I paid my first dues this month, so that is an incentive in itself. Wanda and I worked out at Curves yesterday for our 30 minutes, then went to the Lodge to work out there too. Wanda works at the finess center, so she can go free, and she can take a friend. I don't know why we didn't just do that instead of joining Curves, but this way we are getting the best of both places. I got on the scales at Curves, and it said that I lost 2 lbs. The scales at the Lodge said the same thing, 2 lbs. But my scales at home says that I lost 7 lbs.. so I think I should go by MY scales, don't you?
I feel much better now, I have alot more energy, and I feel better about myself..too. So, even if I don't loose any weight, I feel more energy, and life is sweeter.. so that's worth it. So, don't give up, make this a routine in your daily life, and reap the benifits.. WE WILL LOOSE, AND WE WILL TONE, WE CAN DO THIS.. There is a poster at Curves that says; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, SOMEDAY. But Someday is not a day of the week!! so, don't procrastinate.. Go exercise now!!!
